SEMESTER II TIMETABLE CHANGE REQUEST FORM OPENS JANUARY 13, 2025!

Course Change Request Submission Information

Open Submission Period:

  • Opens Monday, January 13, 2025 @ 4PM
  • Closes Wednesday, January 22, 2025 @ 4PM

All timetable change requests must be submitted via this LINK

Please note: This link will ONLY be active during the submission window.

Important Notes:

  • Be sure to log into your PSD account to complete the form. This is the only way to submit your request.
  • Only one request per student can be submitted. Please ensure it is clear and succinct to help us process it as quickly as possible.

Priority for Course Changes:

  1. Priority 1: Grade 12 students requiring a course change for a Graduation Requirement or Post-Secondary Requirement.
  2. Priority 2: Students who have failed a course in Semester 1 and need to retake the course in Semester 2.
  3. Priority 3: Students wishing to take a course outside of their assigned grade level (e.g., a Grade 10 student requesting Biology 20 in Semester 2).
  4. Priority 4: All other requests, preferences, etc.

Steps to Submit a Request:

  1. Click the LINK and fill in all necessary information.
  2. Wait for communication from your grade level counselor or coordinator regarding your request.

Please be aware:

  • Not all requests can be accommodated. We will do our best, but some changes may not be possible.
  • If follow-up is required, students will be emailed at the address provided.
  • Regularly check PowerSchool for updates on the status of your request.
  • Phone or in-person conversations may be needed if the grade coordinator or counselor deems it necessary.
