SEMESTER 1 2025-2026 TIMETABLE CHANGE REQUEST FORM OPENS...

Course Change Request Submission Information

All timetable change requests must be submitted via this LINK

*THIS LINK WILL BE ACTIVE UNTIL TIMETABLE REQUESTS

CONCLUDE IN EARLY SEPTEMBER 2025*

 

Important Notes:

  • Only one request per student can be submitted. Please ensure it is clear and succinct to help us process it as quickly as possible.

Priority for Course Changes:

  1. Priority 1: Grade 12 students requiring a course change for a Graduation Requirement or Post-Secondary Requirement.
  2. Priority 2: Students who have failed a course in Semester 1 and need to retake the course in Semester 2.
  3. Priority 3: All other requests, preferences, etc.

Steps to Submit a Request:

  1. Click the LINK and fill in all necessary information.
  2. Wait for communication from your grade level counselor or coordinator regarding your request. Be aware that counselors and coordinators will complete requests up to the end of the day on June 27th, pause for the summer, and resume completion of requests upon their return to work on August 20th.

Please be aware:

  • Not all requests can be accommodated. We will do our best, but some changes may not be possible.
  • If follow-up is required, students will be emailed at the address provided.
  • Regularly check PowerSchool for updates on the status of your request.
  • Phone or in-person conversations may be needed if the grade coordinator or counselor deems it necessary.
