After June 16, students ONLY NEED TO ATTEND SCHOOL if they are writing an exam. All students MUST be quietly seated in the Cafeteria/Lounge before and after exams (if not leaving the campus).
Students should plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to their exam start time.
Students may only enter the examination room up to 60 minutes after the start of the exam. For example, for a 9:00am exam students would not be permitted to enter the exam room and complete the exam if they arrive at 10:01am.
Diploma exams can not be rescheduled. If a student does not write the exam, they will receive a 0, and have to write the exam in August, or November.
Students are expected to write their final exams at the assigned time.
ALL students MUST have and present a valid form of PHOTO ID to get into exams. The main office can provide only 1 complimentary school ID card. Other photo IDs will work for exam entry, including a driver's license.
Students are required to remove all technology (phones, smartwatches, earbuds, smart-glasses etc.) from the exam writing spaces. All calculators being used must be "cleared" and covers removed. Tech Items may be left in the front office. If a student is in possession of electronics during the writing of an exam, this will invalidate the exam, resulting in a mark of 0.
No hats, hoods, touques etc. permitted to be worn in the exam writing space. Students will be asked to leave them in the front of their room. Backpacks, purses etc. will also be left at the front of the room.
